Review Season 59+60
Radics Nandor, in your S57 review you stated: "Our hopes are to be a Top Division-regular team from S61 onwards the latest. In the meantime we hope to celebrate successes in the divisions 2 and 3." S61 starts tomorrow. Can we state this is achieved by now?
RN: Ah did I say that? Well.. We have seen our successes in Perm, Nederlandse, Grasse-Toulon and Mito-Tokyo in the past two seasons. Also, we are in top division now. But in the division itself, we did not show we are able to score on a regular base. So it feels too early to claim we are Top Division Regular. We might turn out to be.
So what is the major challenge of the team this season?
RN: Proving itself, that it's worthy of the fierce competition in D1. Our management of the wellbeing of our riders has to improve. Some of our riders look exhausted and uncertain about their future. We could afford an active transfer-policy so far, but we need more stability now.
Well well, that sounds all very prudent and rational, but you must be thrilled with the progress of the team surely?
RN: Of course, thanks.
What are your goals for the new season?
RN: That is something the manager will discuss with our riders first.

I would be surprised when you would fail in Top Division.
Good luck in season 61! Even if your team isn‘t good enough for top division, as a manager you overcompensate that! You clearly belong to top division! ;-)
Pretty sure that when you look back in 90 days, you wil have confirmation that your SP team is Div1-worthy ... What a team you have assembled last season ! Congrats and good luck !
